YoungNest
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026
This notice explains how YoungNest uses personal information when you contact us through this website.
Who is responsible for your information?
YoungNest is responsible for the information collected through this website. You can contact us at book.youngnest@gmail.com.
The final legal entity name and postal address will be added when YoungNest’s business details are finalised.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, preferred move-in timing, intended length of stay, and any message you choose to provide. We also process technical information needed to protect the form from automated misuse.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss room options, and take steps you ask us to take before a possible tenancy. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis to do so.
Where it is stored
The website, form endpoint, bot-protection check and enquiry database use Cloudflare services. Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. If YoungNest introduces a back-office CRM, authorised YoungNest staff will use it to manage the same enquiry and communicate with you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage a potential tenancy, meet legal obligations, or resolve a related issue. YoungNest will publish its formal retention schedule with its final business details.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at book.youngnest@gmail.com. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. The date above shows when it was last updated.
