Why we use it

We use your enquiry details to respond to your request, discuss room options, and take steps you ask us to take before a possible tenancy. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without a separate basis to do so.

Where it is stored

The website, enquiry form, bot-protection check and enquiry database use Cloudflare services. Authorised YoungNest staff will use the stored data to manage the same enquiry and communicate with you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage a potential tenancy, meet legal obligations, or resolve a related issue. YoungNest will publish its formal retention schedule shortly.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at hello@youngnest.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
