Mozartstrasse 80, 85521 Ottobrunn. A quiet residential street in the south-east of the Munich area, with a garden on every side. The supermarkets are about 3 minutes on foot and the S-Bahn station about 5 minutes.

The S-Bahn reaches Marienplatz in about 25 minutes, with trains every 20 minutes. Allow around half an hour door to door to the middle of the city.

Ottobrunn is in the M and 1 fare zones rather than the inner zone alone, so factor that into your monthly ticket. Compare a zone-based monthly pass, the semester ticket and the Deutschlandticket before you buy.

Yes. The city campuses of TUM and LMU are roughly 20 to 30 minutes by S-Bahn, and the Universitaet der Bundeswehr in Neubiberg is one stop away. Garching takes longer because of the change.

Infineon's Campeon site in Neubiberg is close enough to cycle to, and the aerospace and defence cluster around Ottobrunn and Taufkirchen, including Airbus Defence and Space and IABG, is a short ride away. Some residents commute without using a train at all.

Every room includes one bicycle parking space, in the covered store on the ground floor next to the garden. Car parking may be available for EUR 120 a month, subject to availability. Ask us and we will tell you if there is any availability.

Supermarkets including EDEKA and Penny, bakeries, cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy and doctors' practices, all within a short walk. It is a settled residential suburb rather than a nightlife district, which is exactly why it is quiet.
